Our Covid Response
In light of the unprecedent challenges posed by the current Covid-19 pandemic, we wanted to share what we're doing to keep our people safe, whilst ensuring that our relationship with you is not affected in any way.
Overall, Cirrus Research has adopted stricter health and safety practices throughout our offices to ensure the continued safety and well-being of our people. Where members of our teams are continuing to work from their office, they are expected to follow the Covid-secure rules we have implemented, which can be found in our Covid-19 risk assessment.
Product Sales, Technical Support and General Enquiries
As per government guidance, a number of our people are now working from home. However, our IT infrastructure allows for telephone calls to be answered and for emails to be picked up when people are not working from the office. This means that you can still make contact with a member of our sales team to place orders and make enquiries about our products, using the normal contact details. Our technical support function also remains operational, so you can still get answers to any technical queries you may have.
Product Hire and Rental
We are still offering all our equipment on flexible long- and short-term hire.
We are continuing to work closely with our designated couriers to ensure that there is no interruption to inbound and outbound consignments.
Product Training and Noise Awareness Training
We are still happy to conduct on-site/face-to-face training, providing the venue can demonstrate that it is Covid-secure and where we deem that the risk to our employees and yours is minimal. We reserve the right to make final the final judgement as to whether or not face-to-face/on-site training is appropriate.
Where face-to-face/on-site training is not deemed suitable, we can conduct any form of training remotely, via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or any other video conferencing platform.
Instrument Calibration and Servicing
Our service centre and calibration laboratory remain open, under the strictest health and safety practices. This is to ensure our customers still have access to the services they need to continue keeping their people and the environment safe from excessive noise.
