With a measurement range of 20-140 dB, the Optimus Yellow can measure all the standard noise metrics, such as LAeq, LAFmax, and LAFmin. The Optimus Yellow is also available with data-logging capabilities, which allows users to record noise levels over a period of time for later analysis.
The Optimus Red: Advanced Features for More Detailed Analysis
Our mid-level model, the Optimus Red, offers more advanced features than the Optimus Yellow. The Optimus Red has the option to be fitted with 1:1 octave bands. With real-time octave band analysis, users can see the frequency distribution of noise levels, which can be helpful in identifying the source of noise and assessing its impact on people and the environment. The Optimus Red also has advanced data-logging capabilities, making it suitable for longer-term noise monitoring projects.
The Optimus Green: Top-of-the-Range Sound Level Meter
Our top-of-the-range model, the Optimus Green, offers the most advanced features and capabilities. With 1/3 octave band analysis, the Optimus Green provides even more detail in the frequency distribution of noise levels, making it useful for highly specific applications such as building acoustics and industrial noise assessments. The Optimus Green also offers advanced data-logging capabilities, as well as additional features such as voice note recording and Bluetooth connectivity, which enables users to connect the sound level meter to a mobile device for easy data transfer and analysis.
