Update for the NoiseTools Software to v1.3.0
A new version of the NoiseTools software has been released (12th August 2011) with a range of new features and functions added.
The new version is v1.3.0 and existing users can update their Noise Tools software free of charge using the update function built into the NoiseTools program.
NoiseTools supports the optimus sound level meters and the Trojan Noise Nuisance Recorder and allows users to download measurements, analyse data and create measurements reports.
The main features and updates in this new version are:

- Audio partition resizing in supported instruments
- Additional Time History channels for supported instruments
- Additional data types available in the live data display
- Import for people, places and projects from a CSV file
- Added Report ID for tracking and verification using QR Codes
- Support for AC Output and advanced instrument settings for supported instruments
- Manual selection of measurement pictures
- Added toolbar button for deleted measurements
- Instrument wizard supports the Trojan Noise Nuisance Recorder

Optimus instrument update
An update for the optimus sound level meters has also been released. To check if the update is applicable to your meter, install the new version of NoiseTools and then connect your optimus meter.
Click the Configure button in the Instrument window. If the update is available for your instrument, the Update button will be available.
If the update button is not available, this new firmware update is not applicable to your instrument
