Your investment in Cirrus noise measurement equipment isn’t something you need to worry about with our industry-leading 15-year warranty.

There aren’t any complicated terms and conditions, just our commitment to providing you with 15 years’ peace of mind.

Within the initial 1-year guarantee, all faults and damage to the instrument are covered, including damage to the microphone capsule. This initial guarantee can be extended by a further 14 years at no additional cost (other than the standard calibration cost); provided you routinely calibrate your instrument with Cirrus, or a Cirrus-authorised calibration centre, every 12 months.

When your instruments are covered by the extended worry-free warranty, you’re covered for all faults and any accidental damage, including the microphone capsule. If your microphone capsule is damaged, we will replace it free of charge with a Cirrus-approved refurbished capsule. If you choose to have a brand new capsule fitted instead, there will be a small fee incurred.

Our specialist in-house calibration team will calibrate your equipment with the utmost care, accuracy, and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with the very latest international standards.

We also offer standard traceable calibration for acoustic measurement instruments from any manufacturer. We make any necessary adjustments or repairs as part of the service to make sure your instruments are ready to use.
