Repair of your Cirrus noise instruments

If your Cirrus instrument needs to be repaired, we can offer a fixed price repair which will cover putting the instrument back into working order. This excludes damage to microphone capsules and instrument displays or if the instrument is beyond economic repair. In these circumstances we will contact you to let you know of any additional costs.

The Cirrus Research plc Calibration and Service department provides calibration and repair services for the entire Cirrus noise measurement product range with fully trained engineers with many years experience in our industry. They are backed by our R&D team who design the instruments and whose knowledge of Cirrus products and noise measurement technology is second to none.

Our company including the Calibration and Service department is covered by our ISO 9001:2008 certification with measurement traceability direct to the UK National Physical Laboratory (NPL).

As part of the repair service, we would also recalibrate your instrument unless stated otherwise.

Cirrus can offer a wide range of calibration and servicing options for your noise measurement instruments. We can provide you with a traceable calibration facility as well as repair and servicing if your instrument is not working correctly. Before sending your instruments back to Cirrus, please download and complete a Service Information form and include this with your equipment.

We do receive many instruments back for servicing and calibration without any paperwork or information and this can delay the process and prevent us from returning the equipment quickly. Please do ensure that you include this information with your shipment.
